By Train

Breda has two railway stations, Breda and Breda-Prinsenbeek, providing connections with Zuid-Holland (Dordrecht – Rotterdam – Den Haag) and Tilburg – Eindhoven and from station Breda also to Roosendaal with connection to Vlissingen and Antwerp.In addition trains also head north from Breda to Amsterdam and east to Den Bosch – Nijmegen.

By Bus

Carnaval in Breda

Breda Jazz Festival

since 1971 an annual four-day recurring event jazz and Breda event held in the downtown district of Breda Centre of Breda.It is one of the oldest and most famous jazz festivals in the Netherlands.It is held on Ascension Day, the Friday and the weekend after that and is free. is a great theater in the city of Breda next to the old Monastery Barracks.The theater is named after the army officer David Hendrik Chasse.It is housed in a modern building with a distinctive wavy roof designed by Herman Hertzberger which dates from 1995.The theater has three theaters and three movie theaters with a total of 2500 seats.Chasse Theater was the precursor of the Concordia Theatre.In the Chasse Theater are outside Chasse Cinema, two restaurants and various foyers.
