San Jose Church

The church was constructed from 1532 to 1735 by the Dominican Order as part of their Saint Aquinas monastery. It was renamed by the Jesuits who took over the monastery in 1865.is one of the first significant works of architecture on the island.The church is one of the earliest surviving examples of 16th century Spanish Gothic architecture in the Western hemisphere.

Guardalavaca beach

Guardalavaca beach in Holguin are among the most picturesque in the Caribbean.They are surrounded by vegetation,whose intense green color creates a contrast with the white golden tone of the sand and the blue color of the sea.There is a wide variety of attractions in Holguin.The capital city and Gibara are worth visiting,as well as Banes,Bahia de Naranjo,Cayo Saetia and Pinares de Mayari.

A tourist center 5km from Guardalavaca beach,where you can visit a show with sea-lions, swim with dolphins or make a "sea safari" on a yacht.

The marina has 50 docking slots and the usual facilities: drinkwater, diesel and gasoil provision, 220 and 110V power supply, small repairs shop, Customs office.Possiblily for deep sea fishing.
