By Bus

Catholic Church Village

On 2 October 1927 was held in the former hotel "Bellevue on Dufourplatz first time since the Reformation, a Catholic service was held again, before the Catholics had the church in Zurich or visit Kusnacht.In the spring of 1930 came at the Riethofstrasse a Catholic church, on Easter Monday, the 6th Was inaugurated in April 1931.In June 1982, the parish meeting decided to build a new church.Because they could not agree, the project was approved in 1994 by architects Caretta & Kupferschmid.On 15 September 1996 and laid the foundation stone on 24 May 1997 brought the bell to the new steeple.On 29 June was consecrated the church.

Ortsmuseum Zollikon

The Zolliker local museum has been housed since 1990 in the 500-year-old former wine farm and house artists "in the bedrock".Regularly hosts special exhibitions on site-specific and more general topics.The museum has a collection of local history with a rich inventory of prehistoric and ancient history to modern times.Opening times: Saturday / Sunday 14.00 - 17.00 clock.During the school holidays as well as on holidays the museum is closed.

Nordamerika Native Museum

In January 2003 the old Indian Museum moved residence changing its name to North American Native Museum at the sametime.Since then the new museum has extended its activities and is now able to exhibit more pieces of its collection in a permanent display in a larger exhibition area and then put on special shows one to two per year.

Stiftung fur Eisenplastik

is a park at Villa Severini on the outskirts of Zurich are all important Swiss iron sculptor combines: Witschi, Muller, Wiggli, Tinguely, Luginbuhl, Bill, Granwehr, Altherr and countless more are represented with works from the pioneering days in the 50s to the present.Under the title "guest of the King Collection" is presented in two exhibitions a year the oeuvre of individual artists.The large sculptures in the garden come into communion with nature.

Museum Muhlerama

The core of the museum is the former industrial mill from 1983 to 1913, which is in operation during the opening times and still produces many tons of flour annually.A permanent exhibition to the public the cultural history of the grain in a vivid and interactive way is conveyed.Another important pillar of the museum are exhibitions that deal thematically with mainly food and eating and drinking culture.Every year at least one special exhibition will be shown.The offer of the museum is complemented by a rich array of workshops and tours for children and adults.Especially popular bread-baking classes, guided tours are through the historic mill and exhibitions.The Muhlerama has acquired over the years an excellent reputation as a vibrant, exciting and sensual Museum.
