By Air

Copiapo has the modern Atacama Desert Airport, located 50 miles from downtown, with daily flights to Santiago, Antofagasta and other destinations through airline LAN, Sky Airline and PAL Airlines.It also has the Chamonate Airfield, used for emergencies.

By Bus

Church of San Francisco

is a multi-use stadium in Copiapo, Chile.It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of Club de Deportes Copiapo of the Chilean Primera Division B.It also hosted Regional Atacama of the Chilean Primera Division.The stadium has a capacity of 15,000 spectators.
